Streamlined Cooking by Irma S. Rombauer
First edition of Rombauer's unsuccessful follow-up to the highly successful Joy of Cooking. Meant to be a help to housewives using "canned, packaged and frosted foods" the recipes offered here were later (at least some of them) folded joyfully into later editions of her more successful creation.
