What is PunFest?
PunFest is a pun competition (and direct descendant of events like Punderdome) where competitors sign up to pun their heads off in front of a live audience filled with fans of witty wordplay and cringeworthy puns!
As acclaimed author Victor Hugo–genius behind such titles as Les Miserables and The Hunchback of Notre Dame–once said, “Puns are the droppings of soaring wits.” And we plan on honouring his brilliance with the best (or worst) puns imaginable.
When/Where/Additional Details?
PunFest will take place on Saturday, October 26th at Brown & Dickson Booksellers; located at 567 Richmond Street, Pundon, ON!
PunFest is a fundraiser for 94.9 CHRW Radio Western and Brown & Dickson, so admission is by donation with a suggested donation of $10. There’s no ATM on site so make sure to bring cash.
IMPORTANT: This is also a costume/fancy dress up party, so wear your halloween costume or dress up nice! This is a very classy event.
